Good unit. I like it.

This unit was purchased because I live in a small apartment and there is simply no storage space. I've just bought a 16 piece dinnerware set and knew this appliance would be a great help for storage, as would the plates/cups/glasses I already had. Definition: 2 vertical supports with pre-drilled holes. Two on top, two in the middle and one on the bottom. 10 horizontal supports with two holes on one side and a spring-loaded knob on the other. 4 feet. 4 racks. A dedicated 16-place dish rack for dishes, small serving trays and large-diameter bowls. Two more "patterned" frames with fairly wide gaps. A post with a straight design. All four posts have hooks at each corner for hanging on horizontal posts. 1 hanging bin for towels, chopping boards, etc. 1 hanging basket for things like washing-up liquid, coke, etc. 1 small basket for cutlery. All of the above have two hooks for hanging on the crossbars between the front and rear vertical supports. Small bag containing 11 plastic spacers, a hex key, a hex key and 11 hex screws. 6 S-shaped hooks. Instructions. Opening, inspection and assembly All parts were wrapped in plastic. Upon examination, a small closed fold was found at the base of the post. Assembly was fairly easy, although attaching the horizontal supports to the vertical ones with hex head screws and spacers was a little tricky. Directions are simple with minimal BUT important labels. Following the instructions, the legs were screwed into the vertical supports. Next came horizontal supports, and due to the lack of space from free-standing cabinets, a shorter length was chosen. Then they decided on lower settings for the racks. After assembling the block, I didn't take any secondary measurements. it costs me When placing the unit between cabinets, it was found that the hex head screws protruded about 1/32 inch past the vertical supports, preventing a fit. This was addressed by activating the spring-loaded buttons and then sliding the device until it fits in the space provided. Next came the placement of the shelves and it was found that they touched each other without overlapping, leading me to think there could be a place with more choice. Baskets, height and width are entirely up to you. Finally, the hooks were attached to the rear horizontal cup/mug holder. Two other things I noticed: First, one of the racks wasn't mounted straight and the hook, although well above the horizontal holder, didn't really sit on the bar. The second thing I noticed is that the uprights tend to sag a bit when weighted. Maybe a third hook in the middle will help. I didn't time it, but I have a feeling it could be half an hour's work for one person. The bugs I've found are small and easily missed by someone not specifically looking for them. Overview I'm still happy with this unit as it cleared three closets. It's attractive and despite its minor flaws I still find it a solid and useful device. Highly recommended for those with limited space.
