Best tool ever - Bug tracker + requirements management

it's easy to use for all team members from developers/QA engineers to product managers as well! It helps in tracking bugs across teams within different projects without any issues at times when we are working remotely or remote workspaces is not an option yet. You can set milestones along with due dates so that everyone knows what needs to be done by which date. The UI looks very simple but I feel there could have been more customization options while setting up new features. Maybe provide additional templates like 'bug report template' etc., this would help people who are getting started using Dev Zing right away. We used it mainly during our project lifecycle phase where bug reports were filed against each of the releases throughout development stages. The best part is that it integrates with all of our other tools like Slack, Jira etc. It's easy to setup and use. It's free for small teams and cheap for larger ones. It also helps us track bugs and feature requests in a more organized way. I don't think there are any downsides. We use it to keep track of features we're working on, bugs we're fixing and new ideas we have.
