I've been waiting a long time to buy this product for our home espresso machine. We love trying beans from different roasters, and this product convinced us that we weren't maximizing the quality of the beans we bought (which is an expensive "treat," if I say so). We figured using it between roasts would help us not only differentiate and really taste what we're paying for, but also appreciate different grinds over time. I'm an average consumer but can appreciate different types of beans, but this product hasn't really done anything for us other than reassurance that our grinder is a little cleaner. Before using, we didn't notice any difference in taste or texture in our beans. Note: We used the Breville Barista Express espresso machine for 2 years before launching this product. We bought it about 6 months ago and use it every time we change the grain (about every 2-3 weeks). I liked the idea behind this product but for the price I didn't notice enough of a difference to buy it again.
