I purchased on 6/1/2020 and at the time of this review 7/14/2020, it is about over a month of light use. The Bluetooth is glitchy and would break off ever so often even when the phone is on the person/me. Three days ago the charging case exhibited rapid power loss. It went from 80% remaining to 0% in less than half-hour. I was able to charge but it took well over 8 hours just to reach 86% when the manual stated 2 hours to charge the headset and 4 hours the box itself. Once I plugged back to power, the box no longers holds a charge and actually lose charge as time went on. The charging case now sits at "00%". I did a lot of research to arrive at this earbud purchase. I didn't think I would be in the 1% of negative feedback, but it is a huge disappointment. I have already reached out to ebay but since it is already out of return window. By the time I posted this, I had already reached out to MUGO and had yet received any response to provide support.
