Preserve toothbrushes are the only toothbrushes I have ever bought! I took up using them a few years ago after buying one at the market while traveling when I forgot to bring my own from home. They are narrow, which makes them comfortable in the mouth and to the touch. I tend to throw up with most toothbrushes but never with the Preserve brand. The tabs on the handle provide the perfect place to grab and hold. The bristles fall off a little at first, but as soon as you remove a few free ones, they no longer fall out.
