Easy enough to install and works acceptably. However, there is no quality. The screen looks grainy compared to the original screen on my Retina mini iPad2. The home button works but is slightly lower than the original and not at the same height. There's also a smudge on my new screen that I couldn't get rid of, so I'm guessing it's stuck in the glass. The screen also shows greasy finger smudges, while the Apple original didn't even need to be cleaned. All things you could live with, but I'd recommend looking into another brand/supplier to see if you can get a higher OEM quality. Update: The above is still valid. However, after 4 months, "ghost touches" began, rendering the iPad unusable.
