Not perfect but not worth coming back for

Okay so overall I think this review is a bit critical but those are my honest thoughts and conclusions. First, I like the complexity of the details. This is the perfect type of puzzle for my 3.5 year old. The illustrations are really funny for a little boy. I have 4 disappointments with my purchase. 1- Parts are REALLY difficult to assemble. For me too, but especially for the hands of my little ones. That's my biggest complaint. It seems that if the gaps were a bit bigger everything would work fine. Sometimes he gives up because he thinks they don't fit. He's right, but then he starts to doubt himself! 2- I am concerned about the possibility of the parts breaking due to their thickness. The way my little boy pressed them (see above) made me wonder if they would hold up over time. Let's see. 3- For advertising the puzzle itself as being "handmade with love", I was disappointed that one of the puzzles, the dinosaur puzzle, wasn't even completely cut into all the pieces, resulting in some small pieces 2 led from 6 incompletely cut puzzle pieces. 4- There was also some seepage of the tree itself on the dinosaur puzzle. This darkened the ink and distorted the image. Overall, I still really like these puzzles. I hope that over time they will endure and be able to approach each other more easily. As long as my little one doesn't lose interest because he's having trouble attaching parts, I can probably figure it out and post an update in my review. Thank you for reading! It is clear that you need to spend some time on this and think about it!
