This is a great product. Don't get me wrong but the problem you had was that I even put a little "pillow case" on it as I noticed when my child was moving a lot He would pull her hair and she had a distinct bald spot where it was due to the pillow. Also, this is a great pillow that helps reshape her head. I had issues with my baby at 3 months old when I saw her head looked flat but after 2 months of using the pillow it really helped to fix this issue now her head shape looks normal but has been able to since I can't find a way to prevent her hair from falling out since I've been using it for 2 months and now she just sleeps naturally with her head on one side.
