As a seasoned internet shopper, I found Voofly's website to be lacking. Search results were inconsistent, often being completely unrelated. The website's layout was confusing, so I had a hard time locating the items I needed to buy. Inadequate product information made it difficult to make educated acquisitions. The checkout was also sluggish and complicated. In general, Voofly needs to improve their website's functionality and design to better serve their customers.
