If I were to use this as intended I would need multiple boxes. Since there is only one color coded set, it is easier to use measuring cups and use container boxes in lunch boxes. The instruction page is the most useful element of the kit and is suitable for most people. I was never most people. I can put a hard boiled egg in a red box with protein and in my lunch bag, carrot or cucumber etc in a veg box and then any color salad dressing in the "sauce" box, some almonds. in a matching box, all in my pocket and for work, well stocked with snacks. Throw in some pre-baked sweet potatoes and a bag of flavored tuna and I'm ready to go until dinner. This is how it has worked for me so far.
