Bad chemical smell and insect eggs. Not worth saving a few bucks

Product was shrink wrapped and sealed. As soon as I opened and separated them I smelled a very unpleasant chemical odor and over a hundred small black insect pods or eggs fell onto my floor. They have to be stored in poor conditions and the beetles laid their eggs in their products before packaging. Rough! Tag this product and don't buy it - don't infect strange bugs or make your cat (or family) sick to save a few bucks.
