I have a large toddler (height + weight 95th percentile), he was wearing 18 month old clothes on his first birthday. Purchased size 18-21m, when he was about 14m they fit but were a little tight (his shoes were a size 5 at the time). And at 16 months he didn't fit in at all (shoe size 5.5-6).
