The mattress arrived vacuum packed and boxed in a cardboard box. After unpacking the mattress and expanding it, a permanent and very noticeable defect in the foam was found in the form of a permanent indentation. The indentation ran the entire length of the mattress and actually created a gorge, making it impossible to get out of the gorge without straining. I tried making a warranty claim with the manufacturer who asked for a copy of the invoice, a picture of the government warning/label on the mattress and a picture of the defect with a ruler on the picture to mark the length of the indentation . Several weeks and several emails and the manufacturer has done nothing to resolve this issue. Your customer service is bad. I was forced to send follow up emails to force a reply. They asked twice for specific things and claimed I didn't send what was requested and I just forwarded the original email. As the product is bulky and I cannot vacuum and return it, I will not cover the cost of the mattress. It's wrong and companies don't care.
