After purchasing another set that didn't quite live up to the bill I went through the specs and adjusted them and finally gave up. A few things that impressed me compared to others on the market: they were plug and play, no error messages or additional requirements, and they contain a fan AND a heatsink combined on one lamp. The chipset, in addition to the guarantee, deserves respect and also seems to be of very high quality. After initially installing and using them for some time to ensure I have not encountered anything that would diminish my appreciation for them I can finally say I am SO SATISFIED and proud to finally have the QUALITY LEDs to get. My suggestion is definitely to buy them, especially if this is your first time switching from those tired yellow incandescent bulbs. They come from that worn and dated look that doesn't offer the "throw" distance they do when driving at night. The previous set of bulbs that I thought would suit my application had very cheap baseplates that not only came loose during installation, but were also not "clocked" - meaning you don't rotate them and were able to adjust correctly (the light should be directed downwards). at 6 o'clock on the floor). Now I can see much further and drive much safer at night. During the day, since they also act as my daytime running lights, I also notice that people seem to notice me a bit better too. I definitely feel a lot more secure and confident in my presence on the road. Best purchase I've made in a long time and if you have a car that could use this underrated security update (and even a cosmetic update) I can guarantee you won't regret it.
