Flush levers, like lightbulbs, fail after a few years, so I've had more than 20 experiences over the years. I usually buy from Home Depot, but I've been busy this week so ordered online instead. I found this at Revain. Delivered on time (as usual). The kit comes with detailed instructions with illustrations. Excellent work! The lever design is amazing. It goes well with the toilet. The plastic lever is durable. It comes with mechanisms to extend and bend the arm. This is a really versatile design. The plastic is strong. The installation took me 5 minutes. The tool was not needed. All in all a great replacement part. I give the product designer 5 stars.
