Not bad for the money, but not quite perfect.
I just took the old handles off and they put them right back in. However, the extreme edge of the new buttons protrudes from the controller. I can tolerate it, but I definitely see other people having issues with it. However, I was able to have my Elite controller repaired instead of spending $150 on a new one. Three stars.
