No blow up adapter on my review.
This would be a nice pillow for our camper, but it takes extreme effort and a lot of air to inflate it. There are no adapters provided to connect to a foot pump, just a big opening to stick you mouth against. I would not be happy with blowing warm moist air from my lungs into this bladder. Seems to be asking for things to grow in there.

- The pillow may not be a good choice for back or stomach sleepers
