These are decent everyday socks, although probably not the best for winter as they are relatively thin. However: the stitching and material are better than most brand X kids socks. The fit is what you would expect given the size, a little roomy for the small area and a little tight for the top end. This also means that they can be used by children aged 4 and 7, for example - they have not noticeably shrunk from washing. Normally that would be fine, but sometimes I find it difficult to get my daughters to wear them instead of their purple and brightly colored patterned socks. Obviously it depends on your kids, just a warning. All in all the socks are of good quality and I recommend them.
