Glitter Jumble in Trees

Shown is a flocked tree but sent with glitter jumble. Glitter is not the same as flock. Loosening up the tree was almost impossible in most areas because the lighting cords were wrapped around the entire branch, as were all the branches that needed cutting. I never had to unplug the pre-lit wiring that came with the Christmas tree, that's incorrect, but as I said there would be huge sections where the branches would remain wrapped.
