I just LOVE these socks. I am a nurse and spend many hours on my feet and I certainly notice the difference when wearing these socks. That being said, I agree with another person who commented on the inconsistency of the product when you keep ordering the product. I ordered several black pairs in size A and when they arrived one pair was correct and the other two in size C, white. So I ordered 4 more pairs in size A, black. When they arrived I received 3 pairs of size A, black, and one pair of men's size B, white. It's frustrating having to wrap them up and send them back so I'm giving them to a couple of friends. Make sure your employees pack the right product. Four stars are really the right product. These are great socks if you get the right size and color.
