Absolutely! You bet. Zero the micro-ohmmeter with both clamps on the cable (not against each other), disconnect and reconnect to make sure the 0,0 holds as always. You can see from the diagram that the wire is all copper and sized as advertised, exactly as advertised by Monoprice. Before ordering I asked them if it would be tested and they said to do it. Note that the graph is MΞ©/1000ft, so the length value of 100ft here is one decimal higher. The bundle of 4 outer insulated wires is a bit stiffer, but not really much more than a good wire usually is when it's not silicone.
