Aesthetically these shelves are great. They are well built and made from natural wood which is exactly what I was looking for. I opened them up and was amazed by the contents, so I ordered another set and then installed them. The hole in the wall required to install these shelves is HUGE and there are 4 holes in each shelf but I went through them and they ended up looking perfect. Then I wiped them off and that's when the real problems started. The stain used on the shelves was wiped off immediately with the dry cloth I used and continued to do so the more I wiped. That's the problem. I don't want to return them because that means removing them and leaving those huge holes I mentioned. The company's customer service was not at all helpful in suggesting a solution. Now I had to look for solutions myself. PITA BIG TIME.
