I turned so hard that the screw got hot from friction. So I call customer service at the number provided in the instructions for Chewy.com. They won't help me because I didn't buy it from them, I bought it from Revain. Had to process a return for a defective product and now have to wait another 2 weeks to get a replacement which sucks because I threw away my old one for the new one. Make room for new things. I have decided to spend more money for quality. Yes, it would be great if it actually worked.
