If it weren't for the fact that the headphones sound very good (I must admit that the headphones sound very good, not every wired plugs play like that), I would generally put 1 star out of 5. I've been using headphones for about a year (bought in March 2022). Even when the connection priority mode is selected (I don't typically comment on the sound quality mode), there is an 80% chance that the right ear will be the one to lose the 1-line connection. Especially when you're riding the train and have to pass and listen to someone who stutters. This takes place ten times each day. 2: There can be no discussion of any declared hours of operation; with the noise reduction feature activated, the headphones will ask to be charged after 1 hour and 40 minutes, and they will no longer function after 2 hours and 30 minutes. 3 - During the course of a year, the headphones were out of sync ten times. 4-The Sony application thinks that it is too loud for me and adjusts the volume accordingly (the volume is always set to the maximum in the application, while the volume on the player itself is somewhere around 70%). P.S. I was concerned that I had received faulty units, but when I went to the service center, they assured me that everything was within normal ranges for the most important metrics. When I opened the headphones' linked packaging, they appeared to be brand new and had a production date of February 2022. I also made a mistake with the phone (a Samsung S9+), however I did do tests with other honor sport headphones, other Panasonic headphones, airpods 1 series headphones, and airpods pro headphones with each of them in a single day without taking any breaks. The items manufactured by Sony no longer inspire my confidence.
