Hot start starts hot!

I have a Ford Lehman 120 in my trawler. When the weather got colder, the engine became harder to start. I checked out Hot Start on the recommendation of someone in the Trawler group. I selected, ordered and installed a product that I thought would suit my needs. The engine starts more easily on cold days than in summer!
