This boot has a wide Velcro area that makes it easy for my child to put the boot on and off on their own. The boot itself is a bit narrow and also a bit small for its size. I ordered a kids size 13 as my child has outgrown her 12s and when she tried them on they weren't much bigger than a 12. I will have to buy the next size up next month or so. Size aside, they are very durable, comfortable for you, waterproof and will keep your feet warm in the cold snow.
