Doesn't always work with LEDs

I was trying to use this turn signal on my motorcycle, it was made for standard bulbs. I wanted to switch to LED turn signals because conventional filaments have a short lifespan when exposed to vibration. With LED lights, the factory turn signal did not flash. I was hoping that this block would fix the problem, but the same problem occurs. If I switch back to bulbs with this turn signal, the bulbs flash. So this turn signal works, but not necessarily with LED bulbs.
