I've had back problems for a while so I was very interested when I saw this posture corrector. They recommend starting with 30 minutes and increasing the wear time as you become more comfortable. I wear it every day and I can already feel the difference; I don't have back pain during the day like I used to, so I think it helps! I also love how they sent a resistance band so I could use the posture corrector and also work on the exercises they recommend to really compliment the product. It's also not obvious when worn; Although I only wear it indoors, I see that as I increase the amount of time I wear the posture corrector, I continue to wear it outside the home. Definitely recommend it!
