I have been working at identity for over 2 years now as both Account Manager & Executive Assistant/Admin Support Specialist of their client services team - The Team! They are extremely professional but also very friendly towards clients that need support from time too often during busy seasons such has COVID+. It's important when you're in this field where everyone knows each other so well because it makes your life easier knowing they take care off all my needs while i work out front office tasks daily (and sometimes multiple times per day).
