Great Customer Service, Affordable and Fulfilling Services
I truly enjoy working with this provider due to their friendly customer service department! They have helped us implement great communication methods for our organization- both internally within my team (iBanking) but also externally via emailing/sms banking notifications.- they're flexible & creative in solving problems when needed - which has been rarely so far!! We haven't experienced any issues yet since starting out using them about 3 months ago now. Always available if you need assistance or support from an outside perspective! Would highly recommend seeking these services especially given your current IT budget situation / constraints!!
Pros
- Ease at scheduling appointment times directly through website rather than calling into office phone number..it's very convenient that way :) This allows me easy access while traveling too as well.great staff members who are always helpful!!! Also appreciate having "one stop shopping" solution where i can receive help not only related just web hosting concerns
