After poking at the specifications for a long time, the choice settled on two headset options: Senheiser CX350BT and Sony WI-XB400. AptX support was a priority. So, based on the characteristics, the choice was made in favor of the CX350BT. After the purchase, I was slightly disappointed with the sound. I wanted a fatter bass. Later it turned out that I would be quite satisfied with the sound of Sony thanks to XBASS, but there is no AptX support in them, but the sound in them is no less detailed, autonomy is at a height and the price is 3 thousand. Then began the torment with the equalizers. First, I tweaked the settings on the phone (Sony Xperia 10 plus), from the entire arsenal of settings, only Clear + was left (see screenshot). Further, in the Senheiser Smart Connect application, I painfully searched for a point at which the bass would be fatter, as a result, a strange curve was obtained (see screenshot). What did you achieve with this setting? I'm not a musician and I can't describe it correctly, so I'll describe it like this. a lot of highs were cut off, the bass became much juicier, this configuration is quite acceptable to me. Once again I am convinced that the sound is a subjective thing, it is important for someone to hear every cymbal on the drums, and someone needs more drive. In any case, you need to listen and compare at least two models. Before that, there were Sony SBH-90C . as for me, the perfect balance in sound, but after half a year the left earpiece stopped working. As it turned out, in-ear headphones are included in the list of personal hygiene products, and based on this, sellers refuse to pre-listen, referring to (Decree of the Government of the 2022 of October 20, 1998 N 1222, dated 06.02202222 N 81 point 2), but as for me it’s all very debatable, because I didn’t see the headphones there in the list. I advise you to take your ear pads and look for normal sellers in stores.
