I had a problem with back slipping due to disc degeneration and found that this belt not only corrects my posture but also helps relieve the nerve pain I used to have with herniated discs . Although the overall quality of the strap is good, the material of the left strap, which the right strap's Velcro is designed to attach to, is not made of the same material as the main strap, possibly due to the stretch required. If you simply put the right strap over the left one you will get a lot of lint as shown in the picture which will soon lose its grip and expose the right strap. I'm not sure if this is poor quality or a design flaw. I have to work around this by avoiding the overlap of the two straps in order to attach them to the main strap, which can be attached to with Velcro. Updated 8/25/2019, I received a new belt that was the right size. Therefore, the rating has been changed to 5 stars due to their excellent customer service.
