Bought this for my 3-4 year old daughter because she was looking at Bloopies on her tablet and really enjoyed it. It was a great price too. When I bought this for my daughter I had no idea how much she would love it. She takes him everywhere and sleeps with him every night. If she's missing something, she won't be able to sleep until we find it. I've now bought her three of them. She also likes to take them in the water (we made one extra for the water). The only downside I have is that the mermaid tail is a bit difficult to put on and take off.
