Hello, great product. I'm in the process of treating pressure sores. The problem was that due to the location of the sore (always itchy, scratched, rubbed, etc.) all the other products I've tried were always gone after a few hours. duodenum remains. It doesn't go out if you don't want it. Now I just apply antiseptic or similar to the wound, apply 1 x 1 inch Opti foam to the wound, then apply Duoderm on top of Opti foam with Duoderm foam center under Duoderm and forget it. You can actually leave Duoderm for up to 7 days if there is no leakage or bleeding, but I wouldn't recommend this. I think it's good to let some air out every day. Jim A
