The concept and design is wonderful BUT it is one of the worst vacuums I have ever used. First drawback it has a 3 ft cord which is so impractical and after several uses it finally snapped off which ended the use of this. The cleaning part is ridiculous since you can empty the barrel but there is another area which is beyond silly that you have to take off this other part ( 2 parts) where a filter sits and use a brush to clean the plastic casing of the filter BUT then take the barrel filter off since it's full of dirt and dust and hit it again the garbage can and then brush that off . This needs to be done several times before putting it back in the plastic case . And once you had enough trying to get it clean without dust and dirt you put it back even though it's still full of dirt. I do not understand the concept esp it's in a machine that supposed to clean your home .
