THIS IS NOT A WET CUSHION. The description doesn't say if the pads are wet or dry, but it does give the impression that they are wet. You are dry. They should be used with the Wet Jet Spray Mop with the tank you already need. I've used a wet jet spray mop in the past and have found it to work well, but the sprayer only lasts a short time. We used it about once a month and it stopped working after 2-3 years. It also requires batteries that need to be replaced frequently. We recently bought wet mops to attach to a dry mop handle and found them to work better.
