I'm having problems with this product. It doesn't light up and my computer doesn't recognize the drive. I have an MSI PC with a Z390 A PRO motherboard. I don't have a 3 pin connector on the board. The JRGB1 slot on the board has 4 pins, so I can't use it. I have a 9-pin USB on the board and have tried using a different cable that came with the unit and I've had no success with that either. Is this device not compatible with my computer? Or do I need an external power supply? Please help someone else I will have to take this back and post a review of my frustrating experience. Many Thanks.
