As this item is shipped folded it will be folded and unusable. I tried rolling it up to see if the wrinkles would go away, but they didn't. I wet it and then put it in the dryer on low, which helped but didn't completely get rid of the wrinkles. I hope the cool iron can help, but I'm also afraid it might just melt the carpet. Very annoying. It seems to me that if it were flat it would be a great product.
