I was a little hesitant to order this but I'm glad I did. It's large but comes in a nice carry case so it's easy to store away when not in use. Looks very high quality, no visible seams and seams. The best part is that it WORKS. Nothing beats an actual massage therapist, but it's pretty close (and you don't have to worry about someone trying to sell you a membership when you're done). I'm 5ft 6" and I found the lower back massage a little intense as it seems to be pressing directly on my tailbone, but using the pad provided helps alleviate this - my husband is 6ft 3" and he is says this is perfect for him, so obviously it depends on your size and where your pieces are on it. The heating pad is amazing - wish there was a way to take it off and use it alone as it is so much better than the one I have. I've used it both on the floor and lying on the bed and have found it equally comfortable/effective in both places. If you have trouble getting on the floor and/or getting back up I would recommend using it on a bed or sofa if you have it long enough. I sit at my desk all day and usually have quite a bit of upper back tension and this works well so I plan to use it quite often.
