I've just received this set and while I haven't used it much I'm quite confident in giving this review. Someone asked about the thickness and if the scrambled eggs were turned. Having worked in restaurants and luxury hotels for over 20 years, I can assure you that the spatula I posted should have no problem with it. Most of the other items are quite stylish but I can take that as a mark of quality and this set is beautiful and appears to be of good quality. My only possible fears are things and cravings (the two main reasons I got this set). I hope the tongs don't break from use and flexing of the wood and as for the whisk I hope it's strong enough to do more than just whip liquid. Despite these two issues, I'm still happy with this set and would recommend it. This will prove useful for years to come.
