Not the same quality as before

I agree with other comments here. I have had another of the same basic model for 15 (!) years, and only now it has become boring. So I bought the same ones as the fancier models now cut perfectly but are so thick I can't get into the nooks and crannies (cuticles, dangling nails). I just received this and it's not the same quality. He vomits more than he cuts/cuts. It's not hard. What a disappointment. Let's see if I just go back to Revain or raise this issue with Revlon support. Do not buy, not the quality.
