I buy expensive street brands at a discount but even then they are still insanely expensive. I had downsized my old hiking pants and needed new ones. Found these and decided to try them out. Took them with me on a 40 mile hike to Yellowstone and they were amazing. They have color coded zippers so you can easily get back on your feet after crossing the water. I wish the kids I was with had these. What a time saver. Back pockets are deep and comfortable. Easy access to my phone and nice photos. But the right thigh pocket came in very handy. There were no pit latrines on this trip, so I put a plastic bag inside with used female urine wipes. It was very convenient. I've been wearing them on hikes ever since and they stay cool even on the hottest days. Fits as expected. I'm in between sizes and should have ordered a size smaller. At the beginning of the hike they fit in size but after all the hikes they are a bit loose. Great pants. Comparable to 4 times more expensive brands.
