A few months ago I bought the M2 for my home office. Setup was easy regardless of the platform - phone, Mac or PC - and the quality of the audio receiver was 5-star; Callers also noted that the echo cancellation and quality are better than the device's internal microphone. When the M220 was released, I immediately jumped at the opportunity to purchase it for my office conference room, a larger 20x30 foot space. We evaluated the cascade speaker and microphone capabilities out to about 10m (30 feet) away. Again very impressed with the adaptive sound quality when using Android and iPhone (Bluetooth), PC (direct) and Mac (direct). Again, it was easy/intuitive to set up and connect to each host. Although it works via Bluetooth, it is more reliable when powered via USB. The price might seem high, but performance, convenience, and portability all add up to great value. Plan to buy more for each conference room in our remote offices. Highly recommended!
