I just don't understand how a product like this can keep 4.5 stars overall on Revain. Everything about this chair: shipping, assembly, quality, ease of use is very poor and looks like a 1 star product to me. Packaging and delivery The package arrived badly damaged on one end (see picture). When I lifted the crate, some parts literally fell out of a huge hole in the crate, which is why I was so concerned that some things might get lost in transit. This later turned out as I couldn't find the bluetooth transmitter, charging cable and speaker extender in the box. Assembly The wheels just don't fit into their base! I've been trying so hard to get the wheels into the base I feel like I'm hurting my hand. I ended up having to get some tools from my basement, adjust the wheels a bit (yes, you heard that right) to finally fit them into the base. I would love to sit down and have a serious conversation with someone who has tested parts of my chair and given them a thumbs up believing they are good enough for customers. Quality The quality of some metal parts is just bad. I almost think they are made in some amateur basement. Also, there are a lot of cheap plastic parts in the chair, which surprised me a lot considering it's a $170 chair. GIVE YOU THE CONVENIENCE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. The leather seat and cushions are so hard that I get tired just sitting in a chair. The leg rest is fine, but be aware that after raising the leg rest, you're better off not leaning forward off the chair as the chair will lose its balance and fall onto its side, dragging you with it. As I've already put so much effort into assembling the chair I probably won't be returning it as I don't want to go through this excruciating process again. But for people who are just considering buying this product, JUST DON'T BUY IT! It will be a waste of your money. If you're really looking for a comfortable gaming chair, it's best to look elsewhere.
