Bought all 3 animals. They are very cute and sturdy IF YOU GET THE RIGHT SCREW SIZE! The animal's head is slightly thinner than a piece of wood than the seat. The company provides the same size bolts for the seat and head. So when you screw them into the head, the screws go through the animal's face! Cow I collected with no problems. When I assembled the frog and giraffe the screws went through the front of both! I switched frog and giraffe. The second frog was fine when I reassembled it, but the screws went through the giraffe's face again! I'm so upset for carefully screwing them in! Now I have to exchange and return the 2nd giraffe chair for a new one, but I'll stop trading and collecting these chairs! I think the seller/manufacturer will either send different sized screws or thicken the lip at the back of the head where the screws enter so the screws can't go through the front of the base! NOTE: When I contacted the seller and told him about the chairs, they asked me to send them a photo but they didn't offer a way to send them because the Revain app doesn't allow you to upload a picture to the seller Contact or return/exchange area. I asked them for an email address or some other solution but never got a response from them! As a result, I had to call Revain every time the chairs were defective and needed to be replaced and returned.
