Does NOT work for people with flat feet!

First of all I have to say that I have very flat feet and my problem is related to that. I'm sure someone who doesn't have flat feet wouldn't have this problem. The brace keeps my ankle securely in place with no questions asked. However, the band that runs under my arch is unbearably uncomfortable. I took the scissors after wearing it once and cut the side to see if that took some of the pressure off. It's not like this. Now that I've cut it, it can't be returned. I've tried wearing it without socks, which is just as painful. Simply walking with it on my foot feels like I'm walking on a pencil-sized hard object under the arch of my foot. Let me assure you that the tape is NOT that thick, it's too much for a person with flat feet. I can't work with him in the right position because it hurts so much. Last night I just rolled up the part of my foot up to my ankle that supported my ankle and took the pressure off my foot. Until I find something better I'll use that. The company contacted me immediately after I replied to their email asking how happy I was with the device. Kudos for that. Unfortunately, there is no solution for flat feet. Oh and I bought the S/M size because I wear size 7M shoes. I advise you to increase the size if you are thinking of medium. It's almost impossible to get that thing off my leg/leg after a workout. I know it must be hard but heh. I think I'll look for something with a lace up instead.

Pros
  • Leg and footrests
Cons
  • So far so good
