The best feature of this application it its ability to connect people in real time, which can be very useful when you need someone's help or advice about something related with your business! It has been really good so far but I have some problems using all features at once (like chat). There are definitely better alternatives out there if what we're looking here is quality software that doesn't cost too much money though :) We use this tool mainly during our office hours as well because sometimes things needs extra attention from other colleagues who might not always answer email messages immediately. So by connecting us online through their platform they make sure everyone gets involved even those working remotely and also allows them access any file/document without downloading anything locally. And since everything will remain right inside one place - shared drive-we don’t lose valuable files anymore like before where documents were scattered around different folders across several drives. This helps.
