NO cooling pad for me
I sleep on my side/back and sweat at night. Some pillows work and some don't. You have to sleep over it for several nights to decide. This pillow is NOT SUITABLE for me as I get hot when I sleep. The foam inside has vent holes spaced just over an inch apart. He is strong and a bit tall. I like the side hugging pillow but I bought her head. I would not recommend it for hot sleepers. I received it in king size and it seems to be the right size. Bad: The foam is blue, but I didn't feel any cooling at all. Feels like normal memory foam (hot).
