We have a raised ranch and although the lower level is finished, my lower level smelled a bit musty due to all the snow this winter and the rains this spring/summer. We had a dehumidifier but the bucket filled up quickly and the smell lingered. We later got a dryer hose that went straight to our drain pump, but at the same time the damp rid helped a lot. I really like the scent of lavender vanilla as it gives our home a fresh scent without being too strong. Now that the dehumidifier is running all the time, I'm getting rid of the lavender-vanilla humidity in my office.
