So I really liked how it relates to a rejuvenating restorer. However, after a single use, it became stiff, even after machine washing. I followed the directions and let it air dry. From the looks of it, you should rinse this product out immediately after use, as once it gets hard you won't be able to reuse it. However, this was not mentioned in any of the instructions. I now have two pads which I paid for but they have only been used once. It's not worth it for one time use and I'm very frustrated that there is no mention of stiffness anywhere on the website or in the instructions. If I had known that beforehand, I would have taken precautions. If anyone knows how I can "fix" them after they've gone stiff, please let me know. According to one of the reviews I read, you should discard them when they get hard :(.
